Position Overview

PNC, a leading financial institution, is seeking a highly skilled Branch Banker Associate to join our Retail Branch Banking Network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and developing referral opportunities.




  • Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
  • Participate in proactive sales and service activities, identifying referral opportunities and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
  • Drive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, leveraging a defined sales process and PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities and educating customers on managing financial transactions.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures.
