Branch Financial Specialist

PNC, a leading financial institution, is seeking a highly skilled Branch Banker Associate to join our Retail Branch Banking Network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and developing referral opportunities.
- Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
- Participate in proactive sales and service activities, identifying referral opportunities and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
- Drive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, leveraging a defined sales process and PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities and educating customers on managing financial transactions.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures.

- Retail Lending - Knowledge of and ability to design and develop retail lending products and services, manage and evaluate operational processes and procedures, and ensure compliance with local and company policies.
- Selling - Applies knowledge of banking products and services to meet customer needs and enable them to achieve their financial goals, identifies prospecting approaches to identify potential customers and create opportunities to sell financial solutions and ideas to customers.
