Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Solutions Architect to lead our digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and robust artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and processes to identify opportunities for improvement through AI/ML solutions.
  • Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, including data ingestion and processing, model development and deployment, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Apply best practices and standards for AI/ML engineering, such as code quality, testing, documentation, version control, and continuous integration / continuous delivery & deployment.
  • Select and use appropriate AI/ML frameworks, tools, and platforms, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Azure, or GCP.
  • Research and evaluate the latest AI/ML techniques and algorithms and apply them to solve business problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles.
  • Proficient in one or more of the AI/ML programming languages.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in AI/ML concepts, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML solutions using various frameworks, tools, and platforms.
  • Experience in working with large and complex datasets, using SQL, NoSQL, or big data technologies.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
