Clinical Nurse II

Job Summary:
As a Clinical Nurse II at NorthBay Health, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our surgical patients. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for all patients assigned to your care, utilizing the NorthBay professional nursing practice model and Jean Watson's Theory of Caring.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Implement and evaluate care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Utilize therapeutic relationships with patients and families to promote, maintain, and restore health.
- Exhibit the NorthBay Way principles of Caring, Communication, Collaboration, and Competence in daily practice.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional registered nursing.
- Nursing degree of BSN level or higher required (excludes grandfathered employees).
- Valid, current, and unencumbered RN license by the State of California.
- Current AHA or AHA equivalent BLS and ACLS required.
- Telemetry certification within 3 months of employment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting, with a focus on medical-surgical nursing.

- Competitive hourly salary range: $87.53 (min) - $ (max), with 15% differential available for external and internal applicants with Per Diem status.
