Job Summary

As a Staff Psychologist II: Child Development Specialist at Saint Francis Health System, you will provide high-quality, cost-effective advanced behavioral healthcare services to children and families. This role requires a Doctorate level Psychology degree and a valid Oklahoma psychologist license. You will lead program development, research, and skills training initiatives, providing clinical leadership to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct, preventive, assessment, psychological testing, and therapeutic services to children and families.
  • Identify, coordinate, and complete patient assessments, treatment, and discharge plans within established time frames.
  • Complete all required documentation in accordance with regulatory standards for purposes of patient information exchange and reimbursement.
  • Participate in quality and process improvement activities, staff meetings, hospital training activities, and other meetings as required by department and patient needs.
  • Lead program development, conduct clinical training, and provide clinical consultation and clinical supervision.
Requirements
  • Doctorate level Psychology degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., Psy.D.)
  • Valid Oklahoma psychologist license
  • Minimum three years of experience post licensure
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and various internet browsers
  • Ability to provide effective, quality treatment in a cost-effective manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively, with excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Working Relationships

You will work directly with patients and/or customers, as well as other healthcare professionals and staff. You will have input on performance evaluations but will not prepare or give them.

Special Job Dimensions

This role is a safety-sensitive position under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Use and Patient Protection Act (OMMA).
