Contract Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HUD Compliance Manager to join our team at the Housing Authority of The City of Austin. In this role, you will manage the review and approval process for contract renewals and rent adjustments, ensuring compliance with HUD guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the review and approval process for contract renewals and rent adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with HUD guidelines and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to owners/agents, HUD, and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry in SHCC and HUD systems.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HUD guidelines and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
