Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced IT Compliance Manager to join our team at Unreal Gigs. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of IT and cybersecurity compliance frameworks and regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regular compliance audits and assessments of our IT and cybersecurity environments, ensuring that our organization complies with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks.

About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with our IT, security, and legal teams to develop and enforce compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of compliance activities, preparing detailed reports for management and regulatory authorities, and developing and delivering training programs to educate employees on compliance requirements and cybersecurity best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Audits and Assessments:
    • Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments of our IT and cybersecurity environments.
    • Evaluate our organization's compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Risk Management:
    • Perform risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and vulnerabilities.
    • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address areas of non-compliance and reduce our organization's overall risk exposure.
  • Policy Development and Enforcement:
    • Work with our IT, security, and legal teams to develop and enforce compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
    • Ensure that our compliance policies are regularly updated and aligned with the latest regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Regulatory Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities, including audit findings, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting.
    • Prepare detailed reports for management and regulatory authorities, ensuring that all required documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Training and Awareness Programs:
    • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance requirements, data protection laws, and cybersecurity best practices.
    • Foster a compliance-driven culture across our organization by educating employees on their roles in maintaining compliance.
  • Vendor and Third-Party Compliance Management:
    • Assess and manage the compliance of third-party vendors and partners, ensuring they meet our organization's security and regulatory standards.
    • Conduct vendor risk assessments and work with procurement teams to ensure third-party contracts include appropriate compliance clauses.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Serve as a liaison between our legal, IT, and security teams to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into technical systems and business processes.
    • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to maintain compliance throughout our digital infrastructure.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
