Key Responsibilities:

As a Shift Manager, your duties will include:

  • Thoroughly understanding all operational policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Providing exceptional service to all guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
  • Maintaining consistency in food preparation and presentation according to established standards.
  • Driving company goals related to sales, service quality, and overall cleanliness through effective employee training and a positive work environment.
  • Managing cash flow and receipts by adhering to established cash handling procedures.
  • Assisting in various roles as needed to uphold service standards and operational efficiency.
  • Completing necessary documentation, including reports and schedules, in a timely and organized manner.
  • Ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and clean through regular inspections and adherence to maintenance protocols.
  • Verifying that all products received meet quality and quantity standards as per receiving policies.
  • Administering personnel policies fairly and consistently, addressing any violations promptly.
  • Complying with all relevant health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Executing marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance the restaurant's visibility.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in operating a POS system.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Physical capability to reach, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • A valid Liquor's Permit, which must be obtained and maintained.
