- Completing necessary documentation, including reports and schedules, in a timely and organized manner.
- Ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and clean through regular inspections and adherence to maintenance protocols.
- Verifying that all products received meet quality and quantity standards as per receiving policies.
- Administering personnel policies fairly and consistently, addressing any violations promptly.
- Complying with all relevant health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Executing marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance the restaurant's visibility.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in operating a POS system.
- The ability to stand for extended periods.
- Physical capability to reach, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- A valid Liquor's Permit, which must be obtained and maintained.
