2. Conduct thorough analysis and monitoring of the liquidity profile to guarantee adherence to internal standards and regulatory mandates regarding optimal liquidity levels.
3. Prepare and present Monthly and Quarterly liquidity management reports to executive leadership, which inform various governance forums, including the Assets and Liabilities Committee (ALCO), ensuring compliance with regulatory liquidity reporting obligations.
4. Provide strategic guidance to Finance & Risk Shared Services (FRSS) globally on liquidity reporting, incorporating critical stress metrics such as Term Liquidity Stress Test (TLST), Resolution Liquidity Adequacy and Positioning (RLAP), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), and Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR).
5. Drive the transformation of liquidity reporting and analytics by enhancing internal systems, controls, and frameworks in collaboration with technology teams and other stakeholders.
6. Assist the forecasting team with all aspects related to internal forecasting processes and the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR).
7. Generate daily liquidity commentaries for the Daily Liquidity and Capital Summary (DLCS) report, distributed to regulators and senior management.
8. Establish a framework for monitoring thresholds across key liquidity reports.
Work Arrangement:
A hybrid work schedule may be considered within a reasonable commuting distance from the primary work location, in line with company policies.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, accompanied by 7 years of progressively responsible experience in roles such as Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst or Balance Sheet Management Lead Analyst, specifically focusing on liquidity and balance sheet analytics, forecasting, and reporting within the financial services sector.
Experience Requirements:
- 7 years of experience must encompass:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for large datasets.
- Expertise in Balance Sheet Forecasting.
- Familiarity with Banking and Markets products and associated liquidity risks.
- Experience in reviewing, creating, and enhancing liquidity reports on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Knowledge of financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, and Cash Flows.
- Ability to present liquidity outcomes to senior management.
- Development of improvements to liquidity reporting processes.
- Additionally, 1 year of experience must include:
- Understanding of U.S.-based regulatory policies concerning liquidity for financial institutions.
- Proficiency in liquidity stress metrics, including TLST, RLAP, FR2052a Regulatory Report, NSFR, and LCR.
- Advanced skills in Tableau for reporting and data visualization.
- Experience in Liquidity Forecasting and CCAR modeling.
