Lead Physician for Float Division

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Physician to join our Float Division team at TrueCare. As a Lead Physician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with various medical conditions.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and protocols to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Active and clear California Medical License.
  • Board Certification or Eligibility.
  • Completion of Accredited Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • At least 2 years of clinical practice experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
