Job Title: Bilingual Mobile Receptionist Float

TrueCare is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Mobile Receptionist Float to join our team. As a Mobile Receptionist Float, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our mobile medical and dental teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform pre-trip inspections and drive the mobile unit to scheduled events
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and arrange for maintenance and fueling
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate for patients
  • Screen patients and obtain proof of income according to TrueCare protocol
  • Check in patients and verify information and payment source
  • Accept payments and follow accounting procedures
  • Answer incoming calls and address inquiries
  • Float to clinics in need when the mobile unit is not in service
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Safe driving record and valid California Class C Driver's License
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative/clerical experience
  • Familiarity with medical and/or dental terminology
  • Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office suite
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
