POSITION OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage and assess approvals, eligibility, and communicate with medical providers while issuing necessary authorizations in accordance with company policies.


• Monitor and follow up on all cases in Latin America, ensuring timely communication with healthcare providers.


• Offer guidance and support to international clients seeking medical services or procedures.


• Address routine inquiries via phone and written communication regarding authorizations and claims status.


• Evaluate and route complex cases to the appropriate management personnel.


• Utilize various systems to gather essential information for issuing authorizations.


• Confirm payment statuses and treatment authorizations, communicating relevant information to the appropriate parties.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in customer service is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bilingual proficiency in French or Spanish is advantageous.

- Background in the medical or insurance industry is preferred.
