Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by treating customers with courtesy and knowledge to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
  • Adhere to assigned work schedule to provide predictability in workload scheduling.
  • Follow all Company policies and procedures to maximize customer service, sales, and store profitability.
  • Unload trucks, process freight, stock counters, and perform other functions as needed to maintain sales floor.
  • Review daily staffing and workload planning calendar.
  • Evaluate recovery needs and conduct recovery blitzes at designated times.
  • Monitor fitting room, selling floor, and sizing recovery.
  • Communicate cleanliness expectations and inspect for completion prior to sign off.
  • Provide support to store management as requested.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of related experience in retail customer service.
  • Fundamental reading and math skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a retail store environment with extended periods of standing, occasional lifting and maneuvering of merchandise and displays, and exposure to dust and extreme temperatures while unloading trailers.

Scheduled work hours may vary, including evenings and weekends, and occasional use of ladders is required.
