Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Technician to fill a critical role in our pharmaceutical laboratory. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for operating complex laboratory equipment, performing quality control duties, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Gas Chromatograph/Mass Spectrometer and LC-MS/MS instruments for confirmatory testing
  • Perform initial review of data and prepare validation samples for new controls, calibrators, and reagents
  • Document QC validation results and store supplies
  • Adhere to security procedures for ensuring confidentiality of donor information
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in biology or chemistry
  • Advanced ability to understand analytical techniques and procedures
  • Ability to understand laboratory instrumentation and certification requirements
  • Ability to lift and/or move 25 pounds and have full body movement
  • Math and reasoning ability to develop and communicate laboratory procedures and reports
Work Environment:
  • Climate-controlled office and testing laboratory environment
  • Potential exposure to toxic or hazardous materials
