    • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of accounts payable and accounts receivable aging reports.
    • Reconcile customer and vendor aging reports and coordinate audit requests.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including accounts payable and accounts receivable aging reports.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful completion of tasks and projects.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote best practices and develop solutions to business challenges.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Experience
    • 5 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Previous leadership experience is required.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
