We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Wedgewood Village Pharmacy, LLC. As a key member of our Accounting Team, you will be responsible for managing our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Operations Management
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, vendor/customer relationships, and cross-team collaboration.
- Implement and maintain effective controls and procedures for accurate payables and receivables management.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of accounts payable and accounts receivable aging reports.
- Reconcile customer and vendor aging reports and coordinate audit requests.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including accounts payable and accounts receivable aging reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Leadership and Collaboration
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful completion of tasks and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote best practices and develop solutions to business challenges.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Experience
- 5 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous leadership experience is required.
- Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
