Minimum Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and possession of a current Nursing License in the state of practice, along with active BLS certification.
- Required credentials specific to the specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC).
- A minimum of 18 months to 2 years of recent clinical experience in the relevant specialty.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster collegial relationships with colleagues and therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
- Critical thinking abilities essential for performing the primary duties and responsibilities of the role.
- Attention to detail and the ability to concentrate while delivering professional nursing care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
- Possess a personal presence characterized by honesty, integrity, and compassion, with the ability to inspire and motivate others in alignment with Trinity Health's mission and values.
- Must not hold a concurrent position at any Trinity Health facility.
- Ability to complete orientation and training, with various scheduling options available.
- Facility-specific requirements may be further requested.
Compensation and Benefits
