About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Director to join our team at Dodge Construction Network. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our portfolio of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of customer experience strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy customer-centric experiences that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform customer experience decisions and measure the effectiveness of our initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our organization.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in customer experience and/or marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • 4+ years of experience leading a marketing team and managing projects with direct supervisory responsibility for team members.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams.
  • Proficient knowledge of analytics tools and martech, including ESPs.
