Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our high-functioning pharmacy team in Ashland, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for inpatient staffing duties, ensuring optimal medication management for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform inpatient staffing duties as required, utilizing your expertise in medication management and patient care.
- Collaborate with a supportive pharmacy team to provide excellent patient care, leveraging your knowledge of EPIC for optimal results.
- Develop and implement effective medication management strategies to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Hospital open daily from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, including weekends, with flexible scheduling options available.
- 12-hour shifts available, with blocked schedules (e.g., 7 on/7 off, 6 on/8 off) welcome.
- On-call responsibilities are desired, but we can cover internally for the right candidate.

- Active pharmacy license (WI) required.
- Experience in an inpatient setting, with proficiency in EPIC a plus.
