Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our high-functioning pharmacy team in Ashland, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for inpatient staffing duties, ensuring optimal medication management for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform inpatient staffing duties as required.
- Utilize EPIC for medication management and patient care.
- Collaborate with a supportive pharmacy team to provide excellent patient care.
- Hospital open daily from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, including weekends.
- 12-hour shifts available.
- Flexible scheduling options: blocked schedules (e.g., 7 on/7 off, 6 on/8 off) are welcome.
- Active pharmacy license (WI).
- Experience in an inpatient setting, required.
- Proficiency with EPIC is a plus.
