Role Summary:
This position is situated within our Ti-Ingot Operations. We are in search of a dynamic Financial Analyst who possesses a strong drive and energy. The selected candidate will report directly to the Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the shop floor cost management system.
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial and operational outcomes.
- Manage monthly tracking and reconciliation of accounts receivable discrepancies.
- Facilitate month-end closing processes and reporting, including account reconciliations and coordination of closing entries across various locations.
- Take ownership of daily reporting systems and ensure their execution.
- Support capital appropriation and fixed asset management.
- Analyze plant expenditures and lead spend management initiatives.
- Extract data and develop comprehensive reports.
- Perform financial analysis and process development for special projects as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of annual and quarterly corporate tax reports.
- Provide support through ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements regarding internal controls.
Qualifications:
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of financial experience within manufacturing environments.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Concentration in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- MBA is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Experience in querying databases.
- Outstanding analytical capabilities.
- Familiarity with cost accounting practices.
