- Promote customer goodwill by providing high standards in customer service and resolving issues quickly and courteously.
- Maintain effective work schedules for front-end and service desk associates.
- Handle cash pickups and change orders as requested.
- Perform repetitive hand and arm motions while standing or walking.
- Bend and lift products weighing up to 15 pounds continuously.
- Push or pull up to 75 pounds on occasion.
