We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neonatal ICU Nurse to join our team at Johns Hopkins Hospital. As a part-time night shift nurse, you will provide exceptional care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to neonates in the ICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage the physical and emotional needs of patients and families.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- BSN/MSN preferred; Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited program may be considered with completion of BSN/MSN within 5 years of hire.
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license required.
- BLS CPR certification required.
- At least 1 year of RN work experience in a neonatal ICU setting.
- A competitive salary range of $36.51 - $56.28 per hour.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including tuition reimbursement and dependent child tuition payment.
