The Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) team is a diverse group of functions dedicated to improving customer experience globally. We are a team of builders that develop products, services, ideas, and leverage data to influence product and service offerings for various businesses at Amazon. Our approach is based on determining customer needs, problem-solving, and working backwards from there.

We use technical and non-technical approaches and stay aware of industry and business trends. The tech team works closely with cross-functional teams to enable multiple businesses across Amazon to move fast via self-service operation and automation. Our goal is to build secure, accessible, maintainable, scalable, performant, and operationally excellent software solutions using the latest AWS serverless technology and managed services.

About the Role

This position offers an opportunity to play a key role in building software products and features from the ground up. You will be responsible for solving difficult problems and using a wide range of technologies, programming languages, and systems. Focus on operational excellence by constructively identifying problems and proposing solutions. Establish good working relationships with peers and mentor junior engineers. Help drive the overall technical self-service strategy.

Salary Information

The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market.
