Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain the public areas, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service, including answering questions, providing directions, and assisting with luggage.
  • Concierge Services: Set up and maintain complimentary hotel lobby functions, including the coffee service and nightly concierge events.
  • Meeting Room Support: Clean and set up meeting rooms, including arranging furniture and providing necessary equipment.
  • Lost and Found: Handle lost and found items, including storing and returning items to their owners.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain hotel equipment, including cleaning and storing equipment.
  • Emergency Procedures: Participate in emergency procedures, including evacuations and first aid.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field.
  • License: Valid driver's license for the applicable state and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record).
  • Communication Skills: Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Stress Management: Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
