Join Our Team as a Behavior Interventionist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Interventionist to join our team at Intercare Therapy. As a Behavior Interventionist, you will work with children affected by autism and their families to provide in-home behavioral intervention and support.

About the Role

This is an entry-level position that offers flexible hours, paid training, and a $500 sign-on bonus. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of children and families, and will be trained and developed to provide high-quality services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home behavioral intervention to children affected by autism and their families
  • Work with children to help them learn and grow, using evidence-based practices and techniques
  • Travel to client homes and community settings to deliver services
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including behavior analysts and therapists, to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • High school diploma with at least one completed college course, or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a behavioral health setting
  • Availability to work variable hours, including afternoons and evenings
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Proof of immunization records and TB clearance
  • Background check
