Senior Product Manager

The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the future of our sharing experiences, including our mobile app, share flows, music landing pages, and analytics. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for ensuring we continue to exceed the expectations of our customers, while aligning with our broader business goals.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for your team, prioritizing the most important work based on customer feedback and business goals.
- Take ownership of growth, conversion, and retention for all aspects of the product that your team is responsible for.
- Conduct research and analysis to understand the needs of our customers and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with your team to design and deliver compelling solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
- Measure the impact of your changes, using both quantitative and qualitative measures, to ensure we are delivering high-quality software that meets our customers' needs.
- 3+ years of experience as a B2B product manager with a proven track record of delivering successful product releases that drive growth and retention.
- Strong analysis skills, with the ability to define problems and create evidence-based, persuasive cases for new features.
- Demonstrated experience moving into an industry niche you weren't familiar with beforehand, learning that world and successfully shipping product for it.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product decisions and the reasoning behind them.
- Strong experience working with qualitative customer insights and quantitative customer data to inform decisions.
- Technical skills, with the ability to understand how code works and the tradeoffs between performance and functionality.
