Job Title: Registered Nurse - Med Surg

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg team at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time, 36-hour per week position with a 12-hour night shift schedule. As a Registered Nurse on our Med Surg team, you will provide direct clinical patient care, assess, plan, and implement care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. You will also supervise staff and ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care
  • Supervise staff and ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN licensure in Massachusetts
  • Experience in Med Surg nursing preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
