Job Title: Registered Nurse - Med Surg / Telemetry

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Cherry Valley, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

This is a per diem opportunity for a Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical patient care in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated.
  • Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care.
  • Participate in onboarding and training processes to ensure a smooth transition for new staff members.
Requirements:
  • Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
  • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
  • CPR certification.
