Integrity HR Management is in search of a proficient Benefits Account Manager to enhance our Benefits Account Management team. This role will involve working closely with PEO clients to provide comprehensive Master plans and Group plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver renewal proposals to clients while offering strategic insights for selecting the most suitable benefits packages.
- Organize and facilitate open enrollment sessions.
- Develop open enrollment materials and informational guides.
- Maintain consistent communication with business owners to foster strong relationships.
- Collaborate with the Benefits Administration team to ensure that client needs are effectively met.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Texas Life & Health License.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management.
- Understanding of ACA compliance requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Essential Soft Skills:
- Customer-oriented with a strong business acumen.
- Proactive in problem-solving.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
