Benefits Account Manager

Integrity HR Management is in search of a proficient Benefits Account Manager to enhance our Benefits Account Management team. This role will involve working closely with PEO clients to provide comprehensive Master plans and Group plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver renewal proposals to clients while offering strategic insights for selecting the most suitable benefits packages.
  • Organize and facilitate open enrollment sessions.
  • Develop open enrollment materials and informational guides.
  • Maintain consistent communication with business owners to foster strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Benefits Administration team to ensure that client needs are effectively met.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Texas Life & Health License.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management.
  • Understanding of ACA compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Essential Soft Skills:

  • Customer-oriented with a strong business acumen.
  • Proactive in problem-solving.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
