Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Solutions Engineer to join our team at InMobi. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing integrations with advertisers, exchanges, and ecosystem partners using InMobi's products to develop innovative solutions and overcome technical obstacles presented by customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee the technical aspects of assigned integrations (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary requirements and technical guidance.
  • Engage directly with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders to provide pre & post-sales advisory using technical expertise.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience for all accounts, by setting expectations and anticipating and resolving client technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Act as internal liaison between Regional Sales and Product & Engineering teams along with managing client expectation and communication.
  • Manage customer product deployments across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify, evaluate, and communicate key market and customer requirements from the field to Product/Engineering teams.
  • Keep up with industry best practices and products and become a key resource for all client technical issues.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working on global teams within the advertising technology industry, with significant exposure to mobile and programmatic ad tech ecosystem (Supply and Demand-side).
  • Must have 2+ years of client-facing experience, working directly with clients to drive performance outcomes and resolve issues.
  • Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills, with ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Strong obsession towards customer success, focused on quality and accuracy of work product, delivery timelines, & creating defined and well-executed processes.
  • Extensive experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical account management; mobile and/or internet advertising is preferred.
  • Highly relevant skills on different databases like Postgres, MySQL, etc, having databricks with Scala / Python is a plus.
  • Experience working on API development and processes.
  • Solid coding experience with at least one object-oriented programming skill: Java, C++, C# (.NET), or Scala.
  • Experience with client-side scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, HTML5 are a must.
  • Experience with app development (Android, iOS) is a big plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
