Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is a reputable lemon law firm based in Los Angeles, California. Our law office represents clients who have been sold defective vehicles that qualify as lemons.

We are seeking a skilled Legal Case Manager with previous case management experience, preferably in Lemon Law. This is a full-time, salaried position, with the responsibility of managing tasks and activities as assigned and required by the Director of Case Managers and their assigned Paralegal and/or attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies to support all legal efforts.
  • Provide constructive feedback on all functions to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, Paralegals, and lead Attorneys.
  • Suggest innovative strategies to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain consistent communication with clients and track progress until completion.
  • Regularly update clients on the progress of their cases.
  • Review and ensure cases are complete once received.
  • Collaborate with the team to address concerns and questions, including non-standard case matters.
  • Coordinate depositions, discovery deadlines, and other critical events.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, including regular client communications and documentation requests.
  • Manage a portfolio of lemon law cases from start to finish.
  • Maintain open communication with clients and provide timely case updates.
  • Organize and maintain electronic case files within the company software/case management system.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency to effectively communicate with Hispanic clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, Outlook, and legal management software.
  • Preferred experience in trial preparation, discovery, document production, and document management.
