Case Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to join our team at Goodwill of North Georgia. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing case management and related services to participants in support of the program's financial, mission, training, continuous quality improvement and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized vocational counseling and guidance to participants
- Teach life skills, work adjustment, transportation training, employment skills or other related curricula to participants
- Maintain regular contact with referring agency and/or funding provider(s) to manage cases and promote Goodwill programs and services for potential referrals
- Prepare reports and summaries required for applicable funding and regulatory sources
- Ensure smooth transition of cases across services and programs as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a vocationally related field (vocational rehabilitation and disability studies or related)
- Two years of experience in case management, linking with community resources, special education, instruction, vocational evaluations and/or assessments
- Working knowledge of case management, interviewing, and counseling techniques
- Strong analytical, writing and communication skills
Working Environment:
The ability to push, pull and lift 20lbs. with or without accommodations. Must be able to safely operate a vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
