Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the health and wellness aspects of our community, ensuring optimal levels of resident functionality, safety, and well-being.
- Assist with the administration and documentation of medications for residents in a senior living environment.
- Monitor patients/residents under care to assess progress and identify any side effects of treatments.
- Record and track vital signs.
- Provide necessary support with daily living activities.
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other essential medical tasks.
- Collect laboratory samples.
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Essential Requirements:
- LPN (Required)
- BLS Certification (Preferred, but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical and hospital terminology.
- Excellent physical condition and stamina.
