Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities.
  • Monitor residents' physical and mental conditions, tracking vital signs and documenting medical histories.
  • Administer medications, track their use, and ensure proper verification.
  • Cultivate a comfortable and safe environment for residents.
  • Track medical records and charts, and assist with IV setup, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Current New Jersey state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program.
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a similar role.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
