- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and calibration of equipment, to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
- Participate in shift change meetings to review production schedules and discuss any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a chemical plant or manufacturing environment.
