The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geomatics project management, with a proven track record of leading and supervising project teams on projects of all sizes and levels of complexity. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining existing client relationships, conducting critical negotiations, and handling controversial issues.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of standard practices for land surveying, be able to carry out complex or novel assignments, and demonstrate good judgment in handling and solving complex technical and people assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports business development efforts and leads the preparation of proposals.
  • Develops and maintains existing client relationships.
  • Conducts critical negotiations and handles controversial issues.
  • Leads and supervises project teams on projects of all sizes and levels of complexity.
  • Ensures that all aspects of the project are followed through to completion.

Requirements:

  • NC PLS Required.
  • 10 plus years of experience in geomatics project management.
  • An excellent grasp of the Geomatics fields along with leadership, team building, and communication abilities.
  • Must demonstrate an excellent understanding of all aspects of the consulting business including finance, IT, and human resource functions.
  • Requires a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • AutoCAD/Microstation experience preferred.
