About the Job

The Town of Brookline is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Library Operations Coordinator. This position provides critical support to the Library Director, ensuring the efficient operation of the library.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with three to five years of office experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to library patrons and staff.
  • Assist with special events and programs, including setup, registration, and evaluation.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Salary Range: $33,450 - $34,880 per year, depending on experience.
