Job Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and global company, Visionaire Partners. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payroll for 14 legal entities and approximately 2,000 employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing payroll (ADP) bi-weekly for 14 legal entities and approximately 2,000 employees.
  • Review time sheets, work charts, wage computations, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
  • Analysis of and improvement to current pay practice.
  • Verify hours worked and pay adjustments and post information onto designated records.
  • Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years as a Payroll Specialist
  • Experience managing payroll in multiple states, disability, time, and attendance, uploading files, reviewing, and checking for accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
