We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to join our Accounting team at one of our Energy Infrastructure clients. This is a full-time, hybrid on-site job opportunity local to their East Brunswick office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the ERP project lifecycle, ensuring smooth planning, deployment, and ongoing support. This includes customizing ERP financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management to align with organizational needs.

Collaboration with department heads and IT staff is crucial to determine system requirements and to guide users on system best practices. Post-implementation, the manager will engage in testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting, while also providing user training.

Key qualifications include:

  • Certified Public Accountant

  • Familiar with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, Oracle, or equivalent
