Responsibilities:

• Oversee the transition from a manual to an ADP system for payroll processing.

• Process weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Undertake administrative duties related to HR.

• Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.

• Provide support for recruitment and training initiatives.

• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate records.

• Use ADP for financial services and workforce management.

• Perform auditing tasks related to payroll and HR administration.

• Manage benefit functions, ensuring all employees receive their entitled benefits.

• Address any payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing clear and accurate responses.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
• Ability to handle various Accounting Functions
• Experience in Auditing
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferred
