- Communicate with residents and families to provide education and support
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, geriatric experience a preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
