Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Kitchen Cleanliness: Ensure kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and sanitized to meet health and safety standards.
  • Operate Kitchen Equipment: Safely operate large electric machines, such as dishwashers, sanitizers, and trash compactors.
  • Wash and Sanitize: Wash and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food preparation surfaces.
  • Trash and Recycling: Segregate and remove trash and recyclables, and place them in designated containers.
  • Supply Management: Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, observing safe lifting standards.
  • Assist with Banquet Setup: Assist with setting up banquet tables and front-of-house areas as requested.
  • Supply Distribution: Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
  • Compliance: Comply with all outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
