Job Overview
As an Inclusion and Belonging Leader at ManpowerGroup, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of DEIB principles and practices as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that drive business results and foster a positive work environment. This includes leading training programs, developing diversity-focused marketing campaigns, and collaborating with external partners to advance our DEIB goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement DEIB strategies to drive business results and foster a positive work environment
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to advance DEIB goals
- Lead training programs and diversity-focused marketing campaigns

Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience in People & Culture focused roles
- Experience managing multiple, complex projects
- Strong understanding of DEIB principles and practices

Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 per year depending on experience.

About the Location:
This position is based in our Global Headquarters located in downtown Milwaukee. Employees can enjoy an onsite cafeteria, coffee shop, and gym along with beautiful views of the Milwaukee river, Deer District, and historic downtown architecture.
