Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygienist Coach to join our team at Dental Care Alliance. As a key member of our dental office support team, you will play a vital role in training and mentoring our team of hygienists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the training and development of our hygienists to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Work closely with our Dental Director and Hygiene Advisor to support the growth and success of our dental offices.
  • Travel to our dental offices in the Greater Philadelphia area to provide on-site training and support.
  • Work remotely from home one day a week to support our team and respond to emails and other communications.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience as a dental hygienist, preferably in a lead role.
  • Dental hygiene license for the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Local anesthesia license, preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a training or management role, preferred.
