Overview:

Hallmark US Springboard is seeking a skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising and maintaining Hallmark products in various retail stores. As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Service Work: Perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores, including grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers.
  2. Holiday Support: Lead up to and following holidays, such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, you can expect additional days and extended hours during the week.
  3. Department Resets: Participate in installations and various tasks like building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections.
  4. One Team Vision: As a field organization, although you are assigned to specific responsibilities, there may be additional work and installation efforts that you will be asked and required to support.

Requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must be able to read, write, and understand English.
  • You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
  • You must be able to operate hand-held technology provided to open and read documents and interpret information.
  • You must have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
  • You must have reliable transportation to report to assigned locations.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is between $16.00 - $16.50 per hour, depending on the shift and location. This is a part-time position with a variable schedule during the week, with weekly hours ranging from 9 to 13 hours per week.
