As a Pet Resort Guest Service Representative at K9 Resorts Fairfield, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every client and their dog has a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Follow all operational procedures as outlined in the K9 Resorts Operations Manual to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our furry guests.
- Customer Engagement: Greet all customers entering the building, provide tours of the facility, and answer telephone inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.
- Pet Care: Take custody of pets, ensure they are properly placed in the building, feed and medicate them, and provide personal playtimes when requested.
- Sanitation and Maintenance: Perform tasks as requested by management, including sanitation of the lobby, boarding, and daycare accommodations, monitoring daycare, and bathing dogs.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability: Some weekend and holiday hours are required.
- Personality: Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic personality with salesmanship skills.
