  5. Handle refunds, exchanges, and customer complaints with professionalism.
  6. Package purchases securely and assist with loading.
  7. Follow store procedures for coupons, gift cards, and item purchases.
  8. Maintain an organized and tidy workspace and store environment.
  9. Provide helpful product information and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • No specific educational requirements.
  • Customer service or cashier experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs. and occasionally heavier items.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service focus.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
