We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Stepdown ICU department at St. Jude Medical Center. Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with acute and chronic conditions, including those requiring intermediate level of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patients' vital signs, medications, and treatments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current California Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
