Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus on guest satisfaction by exemplifying outstanding guest interaction and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with the Bakery Manager to oversee all facets of guest engagement, cake preparation, brand presentation, operational environment, financial management, and inventory oversight.
  • Assist in the recruitment, selection, and training of team members, guiding daily tasks and offering constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure that product quality, service excellence, bakery ambiance, and visual merchandising meet the established standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Support the Bakery Manager in managing operational and administrative tasks, including production planning, goal setting, scheduling, supply procurement, financial reporting, and payroll management.
  • Co-manage special orders through online and email channels for individual and corporate clients, including large and intricate requests.
  • Participate in the opening and closing procedures of the bakery, which includes cash management and bank transactions.
  • Engage in local marketing initiatives by coordinating and participating in special events that enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all bakery roles and step in to fulfill various duties as needed.
