Responsibilities

- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and facilitate individual, group, and family psychotherapy
- Utilize creativity and humor in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Maintain a caseload of minimum 25 client visits per week
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Maintain documentation according to company policies and procedures
- Coordinate services with other Ellie staff, families, work personnel, medical professionals, and school staff as needed

Requirements

- LPC or LPCC licensure
- Master's degree or higher in behavioral sciences or related field
- Willingness to use humor and creativity in the counseling process and engage colleagues in case consultations
