Responsibilities

  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, using approved abbreviations and submitting tickets to the cook's station.
  • Deliver food in a timely manner, ensuring it is presented attractively and meets our high standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and respectful manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a server or host/hostess role.
  • "Can-do" attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
